Indigo Innovation provides consulting, editing, research and training services to  the private, non-profit and government sectors in South Africa, East and Southern Africa and internationally, primarily focusing on public health and organisational development. Other services include company branding, marketing, and website design and development.

Dr. Josianne Roma-Reardon, Ph.D. is a Public Health specialist with over 15 years of international work experience in academic and non-profit settings in South Africa, East and Southern Africa and internationally. She is fluent in English, French and Portuguese, and experienced in project management, strategic planning, organisational development, conducting research and programme evaluations, report  and proposal writing, editing, translation and facilitation. Her  areas of expertise include public  health, HIV and AIDS, sociology of sport and physical activity, gender, women's health, maternal and child health, family planning, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). She has worked with various population groups including orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), adolescents and young people, women, men who have sex with men (MSM) and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals.

Duties: Providing consulting, editing, research and training services to the private, non-profit and government sectors, primarily focusing on public health, organisational development, as well as company marketing,  branding,  and website development and design.

Duties: Meeting with Honours and Masters students from The Centre for Communication, Media and Society at UKZN to discuss literature reviews, theoretical frameworks and methodologies; providing guidance on data collection/analysis, and report writing; and editing research papers.

OneVoice South Africa (OVSA) - Durban, South Africa (April 2009-February 2012)

Duties: Overlooking the strategic, operational and financial management of OVSA, a vibrant and innovative NGO implementing a schools-based HIV and TB  prevention programme with young people in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
